A great one pot stew. Marinade the chicken or vegetables in lemon and salt while you chop your onions, garlic and ginger and boil the eggs. Brown the meat/vegetables, cook the onions, garlic and ginger down to a thick paste. Add the water and chicken/vegetables back to the pot and cook until done.
